Arches National Park - Pets

Arches National Park does not allow pets on any of the hiking trails. Pets may be walked on the roads, or in the parking lots and must be leashed at all times when outside of the vehicle. Pets may not be left unattended except for in a paid-for campsite at Devils Garden campground.

Beware that temps rise very quickly in the desert, even at 68° with your windows cracked your pet can suffer from heat exhaustion.

Moab has several dog kennels that offer boarding.
